ABOUT ME
I’m Anže Ferš Eržen
I help ambitious young adults reclaim their attention and build a life they’re proud of.
After years of chasing performance in elite swimming, I learned what happens when structure, direction, and purpose disappear. That experience now shapes how I help people build a more intentional life.
When The Structure Disappears
For more than 17 years, swimming gave me a clear path: early mornings, training sessions, competitions, and the steady pursuit of mastery.
I learned that meaningful progress rarely comes from one huge moment, but rather from putting in the work, adjusting, and consistently doing the small things.
But when that chapter ended, I lost more than a sport.
I lost the structure, direction, and sense of purpose that had shaped my life. With no clear goal in front of me, social media quickly filled the space. I spent more time scrolling, comparing myself to others, and watching life from the sidelines rather than living it.
What I Learned
Attention shapes your life
Your world is shaped by what you pay attention to. When distraction, comparison, and negativity pull you away, it becomes harder to notice what matters. Directing your attention is not just about getting more done, it’s about being present in your own life.
Purpose channels your focus
Reducing distractions is the first step, but you also need something meaningful to move toward. These goals are what give your life direction.
Environment > Willpower
Lasting change comes from shaping your environment and routines so that the actions you value become easier than distractions pulling you away.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out to Begin
You may be trying to build something, find more direction in your career, or feel more present in your own life.
What matters most is that you are ready to take ownership and design the life you want to live.
